What You’ll Do:

✅ Prepare and issue sales contracts, ensuring accuracy in customer details.

✅ Follow up on advance payments and verify transactions.

✅ Keep customers updated on shipment schedules and order details.

✅ Organize and manage shipping documents with precision.

✅ Coordinate balance payments and shipping release processes.

✅ Maintain well-organized records and provide timely client updates.

✅ Assist in other tasks as directed by management.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (written & spoken).

✔ A proactive and detail-oriented approach to sales coordination.

✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
